Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.mover.eu. By using and shopping on our Website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use and for all of your communication and activity on this Website. As the terms and conditions may be updated, we recommend that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changes that may have occurred.

We respect and protect your privacy. We confirm that all personal information communicated to us remains strictly confidential and will not be transmitted to third parties.
When making your purchase, always make sure to review your order before confirmation. Before submitting, you have the possibility to edit any information you have entered, such as changing or deleting products from your shopping cart, the shipping or billing address, and your credit card information. Following your purchase, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming reception of your order and payment. If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately, who will be happy to assist you.
PRICE & VAT
All prices of our products are in euros and exclusive of taxes. Mover delivers parcels on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid). Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid upon delivery of your order. Swiss VAT will not be charged for international orders.These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. The prices displayed on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Mover reserves the right to make price changes without notice, but changes will not affect orders which have been accepted.
Shop with confidence. You pay securely using Stripe, the easiest and safest way to pay online (www.stripe.com). Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirmation of your payment. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Mover, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your purchase will be delivered Monday through Friday. An order that has been submitted on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. Delivery will be made to the shipping address indicated on the purchase order. Your contact name, phone number and a copy of the original invoice will be given to the courier and all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please note, that we only ship to home or office addresses - not to P.O. boxes. Mover cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, customs clearance processes or strikes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days of receiving them for either an exchange or a refund (exclusive of shipping costs). Please also note that we are only able to offer free exchanges depending on stock availability. We shall not accept any returned items that have been used, washed or damaged, and which are not in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
The return of goods back to Mover will be at your own expense (not refundable) and responsibility. We recommend that you send them by a "signed for service" and keep proof of postage.
To return goods, you will need an authorization number from our Customer Service. On the outside of the parcel, you need to indicate RETURNED GOODS and attach the original invoice to the package to avoid additional charges. All refunds will be made to the credit card used during the payment transaction.
All our items are checked very carefully and quality controlled before shipping to customers. The products are classified as defected if there is a manufacturing fault which occurs within six months of purchase. All our products have a warranty of two years for defects or latent defects. Please note that products damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be defect. Defect products will be repaired or replaced for free. Passed this guaranty period, any warranty claims on Mover products will be excluded.
We make everything possible to display and describe our products with the greatest accuracy. However, computer monitors vary and the perception by the customer may not exactly match the products. Therefore, Mover cannot assume liability for any differences that may be perceived between the product and its display.

Reproduction of a whole page or only a part of any page is prohibited, except with express approval from Mover.
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. All disputes or claims arising hereof and of using or shopping on the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
