Wofür steht Mover in Sachen Kleidung?
Wo wird eure Kleidung hergestellt?
Der Großteil unserer Produkte wird in Portugal produziert. Unsere Strickwaren entstehen in der Inneren Mongolei, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Partner, dem wir seit Jahren vertrauen.
Unser Versandpartner in Spanien sorgt für eine zügige Lieferung innerhalb Europas und auch weltweit.
Habt ihr auch Kollektionen für Frauen oder Kinder?
Unsere Kleidung ist unisex und so gestaltet, dass sie Frauen und Männern gleichermaßen passt. Kinderkleidung gehört aktuell nicht zu unserem Sortiment.
Wie finde ich die passende Größe?
Jede Produktseite enthält eine Größentabelle zur Orientierung. Falls du dir dennoch unsicher bist oder zwischen zwei Größen liegst, kannst du uns jederzeit unter Team Mover Sportswear SA schreiben. Kilian von unserem Team wird sich so schnell wie möglich bei Ihnen melden.
Is there a welcome discount?
Sign up to our newsletter and get 10% off your first order. The code arrives by email within 20 minutes. Check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
How do gift cards work?
We send them by email as a PDF, with a personal message if you like. In Switzerland, a printed card follows by post. Each card has two codes, one for the amount and one for free shipping: enter both at checkout. They never expire.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. To Switzerland and the EU (except Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Romania), duties are included and returns are free. Everywhere else, duties and taxes are paid on delivery, and returns are at your cost.
How long does it take?
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and country, in general
- DHL Express delivery: 2-3 business days
- Standard delivery: 6-10 business days
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & repairs
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Write to returns@mover.eu with your order number: we’ll send you a label and take care of the rest.
Do you repair?
Yes, and we’d always rather repair than replace. Send a few photos of the damage to hello@mover.eu and we’ll tell you how to send it in.
Sizes & care
Is the collection unisex?
Yes. Every piece is designed to fit both men and women, from XS to XXL.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with the measurements of the piece. Between two sizes? Tell us your height and how you like it to fit, and we’ll help you choose.
How do I wash wool?
Wool cycle, 30 °C, 600 rpm max, with a wool detergent. Dry flat, away from heat. Often you can skip the wash: wool freshens up with a night of fresh air.
Does cotton shrink?
By about half a size at the first wash. Iron it inside out with steam and it returns to its shape.
Our clothes
What makes Mover different?
Outdoor clothing made from natural fibres only (wool, alpaca and cotton), from the fabric to the thread, zips and buttons. The performance comes from the materials themselves.
Where is it made?
Almost entirely in Portugal. Our knitwear is made in Inner Mongolia, by a partner whose craft we trust.
Why no plastic?
Natural fibres breathe, regulate heat and stay fresh for longer. And they leave no microplastics behind, wash after wash. More in our Manifesto.
Why no certifications?
We’ll adopt one the day a certification is honest and covers the whole garment: fibre, people and animals. Until then, we choose transparency: we tell you what each piece is made of, and where.
