We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help us bring our sportswear brand to the next level. The role is full-time. 

Your Role at Mover

You will be responsible for original, bold, effective, contemporary visuals, campaigns, and collections that communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and work experience that showcases skills across a variety of media, including digital, video, print, and multimedia. You love fashion, sportswear, sustainability, and a good challenge.

  • Be a key pillar in developing the future brand architecture of Mover
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design to assist with patterns, graphics, and visuals for the apparel collection.
  • Collaborate with external photographer/videographer/content creator to organize and develop our content for marketing and communication needs.
  • Organize and execute in-house photo- and video-shootings for quick and snackable content. 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to understand project requirements and timelines to meet our communication and sales objectives.
  • Conceptualize and design marketing and campaign materials, including but not limited to: website, social media assets, newsletter visuals, paid media, brochures, posters, short-form content, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Apparel Collection Tech Packs: Create tech packs and a visual communication language that facilitates the workflow, development, and production process with our developers and manufacturers
  • Own our brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
  • Organize our photo and video library to increase team efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design and communication projects.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role for 2+ years.
  • Experience with consumer (sports) brands is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PremierPro, AfterEffects, Figma is a plus
  • Strong affinity for photography, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience with web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS/Shopify is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and French 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for design.
  • Love for sports and the outdoors
