We confirm that all personal information communicated to us remains strictly confidential and will not be transmitted to third parties, except required information to fulfil the contract, such as for delivery of the products ordered to the address specified by you. You are entitled to the basic rights of information, amendment, deletion, restriction, data transferability, retraction and protest. You’ll find out detailed information in our Privacy Policy.
ORDERING
When making your purchase, always make sure to review your order before confirmation. Before submitting, you have the possibility to edit any information you have entered, such as changing or deleting products from your shopping cart, the shipping or billing address, and your credit card information. Sizing is indicated in the product description section and should be considered prior to buying if the sizing is what is needed. By checking these details, unnecessary returns can be avoided, including the ecological impact. Following your purchase, you will receive e-mail confirming reception of your order and payment. PRICE & VAT
Prices displayed on website includes VAT of the country where you are located determined by your ip address. If location is not determined prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%). All prices are in CHF Swiss francs.
The price displayed to you at the checkout is the price you pay. This will not vary later whatever currency fluctuations occur. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund. The prices displayed on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Mover reserves the right to make price changes without notice, but changes will not affect orders which have been accepted. Mover will account to the relevant authorities for all duty payable.
Switzerland and EU: orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis for Switzerland and EU Countries meaning that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in amount paid at checkout.
Worldwide: orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for all countries, except Switzerland and EU. Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid upon delivery of the order.
PAYMENT
Shop with confidence. You pay securely using Shopify Payment, the native payment processor powered by Stripe and Wallee, Payment Service Provider based in Switzerland, supported by TWINT. Currency is CHF Swiss francs.
Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, TWINT or American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirmation of your payment. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Mover, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. The goods shall remain our property until you have fully paid any and all debts as of the contracting date, including the current account balance if any.
SECURITY
Our e-commerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) - the industry standard for encryption technology to create a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. If your browser and local network support the use of encrypted data transmissions, our Secure Checkout mode locks all information (i.e.: your credit card number) passed from you to us in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult to be intercepted by an unauthorized party. SSL technology is compatible with Firefox, Safari, Chrome and most other browsers.
WARRANTY
All orders are to be checked upon arrival for accuracy, completeness and integrity. If there are any errors or damage, the customer shall notify Mover Customer Service Team immediately after discovery, but no later than 7 calendar days after the delivery was received via orders@mover.eu.
In order to process your claim, packaging must be kept and items must not be used.
All our products have a warranty of two years for defects or latent defects. Please note that products damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be defect. Defect products will be repaired or replaced for free. Passed this guaranty period, any warranty claims on Mover products will be excluded.
LIABILITY EXCLUSION
We make everything possible to display and describe our products with the greatest accuracy. However, computer monitors vary and the perception by the customer may not exactly match the products. Therefore, Mover cannot assume liability for any differences that may be perceived between the product and its display. Mover attaches great importance to tracking the availability of its products as carefully and accurately as possible. Production or supply shortages or incorrect inventory data may result in delays in delivery. Mover assumes no liability for any information concerning expected delivery times, which should therefore not be considered binding and subject to change at any time and without notice. Any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse or failure of products delivered by Mover is excluded.
