Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 30 days after receiving them for a full refund (exclusive of shipping costs).
We shall not accept any returned items that have been used, washed or damaged, and which are not in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
The return of goods is free of charge, all you need to do is write an email to returns@mover.eu indicating the order number and items to be returned. Place the return form with the items in a box; note that our packaging has been thought with returns in mind, we encourage you to reuse it. For returns outside of Switzerland, you need to indicate RETURNED GOODS on the outside of the parcel and attach the label provided by our customer service.
All refunds will be made to the mean of payment used during the transaction. Please note that you must retain the proof of shipment until it has been received and refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards.
