Shipping

Your purchase will be delivered Monday through Friday. An order that has been submitted on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. Our warehouse is located in Spain. Delivery will be made to the shipping address indicated on the purchase order.

You can see the available options and estimated delivery times for parcels at checkout. We work with two carriers: DHL and GLS.
We offer two delivery options for Swiss customers: Express (DHL) and Standard (GLS).

For EU customers, orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping (GLS).
 
For customers in the UK, a minimum order value of EUR160 must be placed in order for shipping to proceed. UK orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping (GLS).

For customers in the rest of the world, orders will be shipped using Express Shipping (DHL).

A tracking number of the shipment will be available when your package has been dispatched, you can then track your shipment on the courier service website. A contact name and phone number shall be given to the courier and all deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Mover cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or carrier delay.

Switzerland and EU (excluding UK): orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis meaning that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in amount paid at checkout.

Worldwide: orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for all countries. Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are at the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid upon delivery of the order.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 30 days after receiving them for a full refund (exclusive of shipping costs).

We shall not accept any returned items that have been used, washed or damaged, and which are not in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

The return of goods is free of charge, all you need to do is write an email to returns@mover.eu indicating the order number and items to be returned. Place the return form with the items in a box; note that our packaging has been thought with returns in mind, we encourage you to reuse it. For returns outside of Switzerland, you need to indicate RETURNED GOODS on the outside of the parcel and attach the label provided by our customer service.

All refunds will be made to the mean of payment used during the transaction. Please note that you must retain the proof of shipment until it has been received and refunded.

We offer free returns only from the following countries

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

For returns from other countries, shipping costs will be your responsibility. Refunds can still be issued if you arrange the return yourself. Please contact returns@mover.eu for instructions and all necessary details.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Thermoregulation

Never too warm, never too cold. Thermoregulation enables you to keep a comfortable temperature within certain boundaries, when inner and outer temperatures vary.

Superlight

Like a second skin, you hardly feel it thanks to its lightness, feel free to move!

Biodegradable

Every piece used for this garment will eventually be broken down by microorganisms and fed back into the natural cycle of elements. This way you are assured to leave no trace while enjoying nature. Nothing is lost nothing is created, everything is transformed.

Odor control

Smell good and stay fresh even while sweating. Wool is a naturally hygroscopic fiber. This means that it easily absorbs moisture, keeps the skin dry and prevents bacterial growth. It absorbs odors during wear and releases them during wash. As a result, the garment stays fresh for longer.
