Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 30 days after receiving them for a refund (exclusive of shipping costs).
We shall not accept any returned items that have been used, washed or damaged, and which are not in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
The return of goods is free of charge, you need to write an email to returns@mover.eu noticing the order number and items to be returned. Place the return form with the items on a parcel, note that our packaging are meant to be reused, we advise you to reuse it. On the outside of the parcel, you need to indicate RETURNED GOODS and attach the label provided by the Customer Service via returns@mover.eu.
All refunds will be made to the credit card used during the payment transaction. Please note that you must retain the proof of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards.
