Shipping
Your purchase will be delivered Monday through Friday. An order that has been submitted on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. Our warehouse is located in Spain. Delivery will be made to the shipping address indicated on the purchase order.
You can see the available options and estimated delivery times for parcels at checkout. We work with two carriers: DHL and GLS.
We offer two delivery options for Swiss customers: Express (DHL) and Standard (GLS).
For EU customers, orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping (GLS).
For customers in the UK, a minimum order value of EUR160 must be placed in order for shipping to proceed. UK orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping (GLS).
For customers in the rest of the world, orders will be shipped using Express Shipping (DHL).
A tracking number of the shipment will be available when your package has been dispatched, you can then track your shipment on the courier service website. A contact name and phone number shall be given to the courier and all deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
Mover cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or carrier delay.
Switzerland and EU (excluding UK): orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis meaning that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in amount paid at checkout.
Worldwide: orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for all countries. Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are at the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid upon delivery of the order.
